Administrator and Relationship Specialist

Type of Position: Full time
Location: Culver City CA

Summary:
The person in this position will be responsible for all phases of daily, quarterly, and annual work to include testing, trust accounting, governmental reporting, and distributions. Document experience not required, but a plus. References and work history required.

Responsibilities Include:
* Deliver the highest quality of service to clients, associates and management
* Develop relationship with clients enabling the ability of cross selling services and long term client retention
* Motivate team members to work together in the most efficient manner to achieve or exceed service levels
* Operate within and execute strategic plan for the business unit
* Eligibility determination and contribution calculations
* Compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, non-discrimination, coverage and top heavy
* Preparation of Government Forms
* Process plan distributions and loans

* Minimum experience of 3 years in plan administration
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, to think quickly and make decisions quickly
* Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities, and meet firm deadlines
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from owner, clients and other employees of the organization
* Ability to interpret complex technical literature
* Detail and service oriented
* Demonstrate proficiency in MSWord, Excel, Outlook and Access
* Currently working toward or have interest in successfully completing exams administered by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) or the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) leading to certification is required
